Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation for whatsoever reason, the booking amount will be refunded (without any interest) deducting 1% of the total sale amount agreed as administrative expenses incurred by the Developer.

Incase of cancellation, refund will be issued within 45 days to applicant upon hand over of the original receipts, Legal documents, all agreements and any other documents compulsorily to the concerned sales person along with cancellation request duly emailed to admin@futureisone.com.
