Booking form subject to allotment of unit on FIFO basis.
Stamp duty charges at 0.5% of the total sale consideration should be paid by the client at the time of executing the sale agreement.
Sale agreement should be executed within 15 days from the date of the booking or allocation letter whichever is earlier.
Maintenance charges is applicable from the date of 1st unit handover in particular tower concerned. One year maintenance is collected as sinking fund along with corpus deposit to be handed over to facility manager. Above deposits are payable during registration.
All future payments should be made in favour of ”AIIKYA VILLAGE SARJAPUR LLP COLLECTION ACCOUNT FOR AIIKYA VILLAGE SARJAPUR via online transfer only to account details that shall be provided in sale agreement.
Price valid for specific selected units only.
Allotment of unit is subject to availability and fulfillment of all booking terms.
All legal documents along with legal Report will be issued along with bank approval letters post sale agreement only and shall be sent to registered email id as provided in the booking form.
Home loan approval and disbursement should be as per payment plan selected at the time of booking.
Box unit price excludes floor rise charges or GST.
Other expenses such as registration charges or any other taxes are not included in the total sale consideration and are payable separately, as applicable.
Possession of unit shall be as per the RERA handover date or completion date whichever is earlier. No additional works shall be undertaken before sale deed registration.
The allotment is provisional only and is subject to payment of entire sale value, failing which the allotment shall be cancelled and the paid amount shall be refunded without interest by deducting administrative charges of 1% of sale value.
Sale agreement will be executed on receipt of 20% or more or as agreed at the time of booking.
The customer enters in to the sale agreement within 15 days from the date of this booking. In the event of cancellation for whatsoever reason, the booking amount will be refunded (without any interest) deducting 1% of the total sale amount agreed as administrative expenses incurred by the Developer.
Incase of cancellation, refund will be issued within 45 days to applicant upon hand over of the original receipts, Legal documents, all agreements and any other documents compulsorily to the concerned sales person along with cancellation request duly emailed to admin@futureisone.com.
In case of any dispute, difference either as to right, duties and liability of the parties or as to the entitlement of the parties, the same shall be communicated to admin@futureisone.com and will be referred to arbitrator to be appointed by M/S AIIKYA VILLAGE SARJAPUR and the Jurisdiction will be in Bangalore. Incase of dispute not resolved by arbitration, that shall be referred to RERA KARNATAKA by either parties.
Sale is subject to timely payments as per the sale agreement.
